10. FINANCE AGGREGATION PARTNER

eCarz Finance Pty Ltd operates under a finance aggregation arrangement with:

Loan Market Group provides systems, lender access, compliance support and operational services to assist in the provision of credit assistance and finance brokerage services.

Your personal and credit information may be disclosed to or processed through Loan Market Group’s systems where reasonably necessary for:

  • credit assistance and finance applications
  • compliance and audit requirements
  • lender submissions
  • ongoing client relationship management
  • regulatory reporting obligations

Loan Market Group and its related entities are required to handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By providing contact details, you consent to receiving communications electronically, including notices and documents.

  2. Any finance services are provided by the credit licensee separately and subject to their own privacy policy and credit disclosure documents.
  3. eCarz Pty Ltd may receive a referral fee, commission or commercial benefit from the finance provider where permitted by law.
  4. You are not obligated to proceed with any finance provider and may choose your own provider.
  5. You consent to the disclosure of your personal information for this referral purpose.
